admin password not recognized

After installing AccuSQL 12 on the server I changed the administrator password.  I closed the program and re-opened it and the administrator password does not work.  I’m putting the password in as originally entered (case sensitive), Caps Lock is off, etc.  How do I get the system to recognize the new password?

 

I've also uninstaleld the software and reinstalled it and still have the same problem when changing the password.
