Since the error only occurs when students want to schedule appointments, check to make sure that your temp folder was not deleted. Also check the COM security settings. The user's manual and this support forum offer information on correct COM settings.

Now I'm getting com errors again
Invoke failed with err code ffffffff:
I tried repairing the database but someone apparantly has it logged in as I can't get exclusive access to tables. Trying to remotely shut down stations only shos mine.

Things have been running so smooth...now that the new term is here AccuTrack Weblink is getting much more usag.e
Now I'm getting com errors again

I was finally able to repair the database but the problem remains. I get error codes with all "FFFFFF"'s.

I changed that and now this is what happens when a student tries to login to WebLinks

Those messages inidcate that security settings have been changed. Run weblink configuration utility.
If you can't solve it email me (cetin@accutrack.org) and I would arrange an online session for you tomorrow morning.
