The Accuweblink home page comes up with the login screen, but never stops trying to load with the test user account. When trying to create a new user account it eventually comes back with the following error:
An error occurred during COM object invokation.
Invoke failed with err code 800706be: The remote procedure call failed.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Garth

Please check your installation. It's detailed in setup documentation.

It seems that the sample database works fine with the current installation, it only fails when pointed to the live accutrack data.
I finally found out that the department updated Accutrack to version 8.3.0 just before the Weblink stopped working. Do we need to upgrade our Weblink? As far as I know the latest version is 3.02.
If so, where do I get the latest version?
Thanks,
Garth

There is no 3.02 version of weblink. Please send an email to cetin@accutrack.org with the correct version and I'll give you further directions.

Hi Garth,
Cetin is asking about the version number of the 'accuweb.exe' file - not the number printed on the label. To find out your version number, right click on the 'accuweb.exe' file and click "Properties" from the pop-up menu and then click the "Version" tab.

Issue was resolved via remote assistance. It was a site specific solution.
