What changes can we make to make Accuweb compatible with Firefox?

Is there a part of it that is not working with FireFox? All HTML is IE and Netscape compatible and FireFox should support it too.

None of it is working with Firefox on our end.

I login and can't see any of the schedules or classes for the tutors.

I am attaching a screenshot with IEXPLORER (the way I should be viewing it) and one with Firefox.

I see. the treeview control is only supposed to show up for IE. With Netscape and others it should show list boxes. It's probably confusing FireFox for an IE version. We will work on that at the next maintenance release.

If browser is not IE then the interface is set not to use treeview script but a series of dropdowns. It was done that way because there were IE spesific attributes used back then. Now more and more browsers support those attributes as well.

Further investigation showed that firefox has a problem with the javascript used to generate that list. Trying to find a workaround before treating it as a low level browser (with low level browsers we use dropdowns instead of a treeview list).

Version 9.0.3 of AccuTrack WebLink is now available. This version was tested with FireFox and it works with it. This vesion also fixed another issue related to cancellation deadline for appointments.

This update is offered for free to AccuTrack WebLink users. Please contact AccuTrack support for instructions on getting your update.
