We use Accutrack in a high school environment, where we generally track students by periods instead of hours. Is there a way to set up the system to reflect the time by period--especially in reports--rather than by clock time? Perhaps in System Setup, we could assign a clock time to each Category (which we use for period) that would carry over into the reports feature?

It would also be nice to be able automatically to sign out remaining students at the end of the period (at a given time) instead of either assigning a time for each student via the “How Long Are You Planning To Stay?” feature or manually signing out remaining students at the end of each period. Perhaps at set up we could have preset times to automatically sign out remaining students?

This one would be tough to do as it would change the basic design of the software, which affects too many screens and might not work well for other users.

You can set up a maximum sign-in period in the Options screen and a default sign-out period to use if this max is exceeded. For example, if the maximum is 2 hrs and the default is 1, then when the sign-in period exceeds 2 hrs, the student would only get a 1 hour sign-in time. AccuTrack 9 will sign students out automatically once the maximum is reached.
