I am trying to link Accutrack 10 to our email system (Outlook 2007). All other email confirmation/reminders seem to be working. However, when an appointment is scheduled for an advisor the message states "not supported calendar message.ics". If you open the request you are able to view the appointment, but can not "accept" it to your calendar.
I have seen some messages regarding this where Messagelabs was being used, we do not use messagelabs.
Any thoughts?

We saw this message appear on some systems but it is not consistent. For example, we have a test computer with Outlook 2007 and it worked fine with it. However, some users reproted the same error you encountered on theirs.
There is no known reason why this happens or how to fix it once it happens. You might want to test this on a different computer to see if it works better.
