Error 1435, 13, & 1734

I had to reinstall Accutrack 10 recently.  After I select the proper Database, I get a couple of error messages, back to back when the program is starting.


The first I get is "Error #1435 XML parse error: XML document must have a top level element. Line 0, Position 0. (null)" I then press OK.

Then I get "Error #13 Alias CRSAUTHENTICATION is not found".  Then I press OK.

Then I get "Error #1734 Property USERNAME is not found".  Then I press OK.

Sometimes these errors show up multiple times, and I have to press OK a bunch of times.



Finally Accutrack shows up and seems to be working fine.


However I must press OK multiple times when these errors occur, so it is very annoying.  What can I do to remove these error messages?

It could be network permissions problem.  Try copying the database folder to a local PUBLIC folder, switch the software to it, and run again.  If the problem disappears, then it's a permission issue.


Also make sure you are running the latest maintenance release of version 10.
