Login on our "monitoring" computer has changed to have dashes for 9 digit social security number. This means I can't even login as admin on this machine to change anything. How do I get it to ask for the usual 7 digit id that we had.

For the ID format to change one of two things had happened:
1) An admin went into the AccuTrack Options screen and changed the ID format.
2) (more likely) The database was changed to another database (e.g. the Sample database that ships with AccuTrack or an older version of the database).
To figure out which one of the above occurred check the sign-in screens (e.g. logo, sign-in screen announcement box, demographics questions, etc.)
