When you try to initiate a remote shutdown of AccuTrack, you may see some stations that will not shut down. but continue to show up in the "connected" list.
After some investigation, we have determined that this is due to the firewall program(s) running on the client PCs.
In order to allow the remote shutdown requests, you need to go to the client PCs and allow an exception for the C:\Program Files\Accu10\acutrack.exe file for whatever firewall application(s) you may be running (Windows Firewall, McAfee, Norton, etc.).
Once this is done, you should be able to remote shutdown AccuTrack on those clients from you adminstrator PC.
