Help! Suddenly, after a routine data repair, I am unable to re-open Accutrack: "Error #41. Memo file M/Accushared/Accudata/config.FPT is missing or invalid."
Just before this, after doing the data repair, I noticed that Deep Freeze had been (inexplicably) enabled. I have had IT disable Deep Freeze but am still getting the above message.
Switched to paper sign-ins...
Error 41?

Hi,
The message explains the problem: you have a corrupted file. Luckily, this one is not too important as it only contains your configuration options informtion. To fix the problem, copy the 3 config.* files from a recent backup and save it to your current database folder. Make sure to run repair afterwards to verify that all your other database files are OK.
NOTE: We recommend upgrading your software to version 11 or 12 ASAP. As announced in our news update, we are no longer supporting version 10. If you have an active Platinum Plus subscription, you can get a free upgrade to the latest version.
