Hello,
We recently received our Accutrack 11 software. The upgrade from 10 went smoothly and all our data is good to go. However, when I launch Accutrack 11, I get the following error: "Error #1924 LOSIZE is not an object". Through searching on these forums, I see that this is because our logo is not imported. The solution I found was for AccuSQL though. Is there a program I can use to fix this for Accutrack?

Hi,
This error occurs if you are missing the logo. The upgrade should bave transfered your logo from the old version. To investigate this issue we need to check your files via a remote assistance session. Please contact our support department to schedule.
