I have been working on a problem where AccuSQL clients are experiencing blocking when trying to access the qlist.dbf shared file. There are 20k records in this file. We very rarely have more than 20 students in the queue.

Is this normal?

What would be the result of truncating the file removing these records?

What tools would I use to accomplish this? (I don't work with foxpro very often)

Thanks!

Sorry to hear about the trouble.  I have not heard of this issue before, so I will pass it to our senior developer.  In the mean while, can you tell us your full software version?  This is displayed in the Windows title bar of any system administration screen.  Thanks!

You can delete the table and then launch the AccuSQL again. It would be created automatically.

PS: Do this preferably at the end of the day, so you wouldn't lose any queue information that may have been entered on that day.
