AccuSQL 10 is installed on a Windows 7 PC client and correctly configured to to connect to the SQL server database.
However, the initial Welcome message that is displayed on the login screen does not reflect the Welcome message observed on other PCs (Windows XP) with AccuSQL 10 installed. Is the Welcome message stored locally on each PC and then updated when it connects to the SQL server? If so then there appears to be a problem with the Welcome message updating.
We've updated the Welcome message on the Windows 7 PC but the update fails to transfer over to the other PCs. We have reviewed some data on both the Windows PC and some of the Windows XP PCs to confirm that they are indeed talking to the same database. We did not find any issue there. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Joe Jirka

Are you sure they are all connected to the same database? Check the Database Location screen to verify.
If they are connected to the same database, then maybe you are accidentally using the local lab ID feature. You should not use the Lab ID feature unless you plan to use one database for different centers and want to share everything except for the configuration options such as the welcome message.
