After the database has been transferred. I connect to the database to make sure everything is working properly and I get this error. From what I've been told, there's a problem with the logo displaying properly. How do I go about fixing this issue. Thanks in advance.

We investigated the problem and found out that if you don't have a logo to transfer initially this error could happen. Solution:

You would need 2 image files. One 73*73 pixels and another 133*133 pixels (smaller one is used in reports, while the larger one is the logo you see on main sign-in screen).

1) Download

http://www.accutrack.org/download/customer/logotransfer.zip

2) Extract the "logotransfer.exe" to anywhere you want and run it. Enter your connection information, image information and save.
