Error #1426 OLE Error

We have been able to connect remotely to our AccuLite data to pull reports by storing our data on a server, mapping a drive, and redirecting AccuLite to the mapped drive.

This has been working great. However, now we get an Error #1426 OLE Error when we try to pull a report remotely.

Apparently, reports can still be pulled using the actual sign-in computer in the lab.

To my knowledge, nothing has been changed on the server where the data has been stored or on the sign-in computer.

Any ideas on why this might happen?

Hi,

Unfortunately your license is a Single Computer License and does not allow usage on more than one computer. With this license, you need to generate your reports on the same computer used to record sign-ins.

If you want to use the software on more than one computer, then your need to upgrade your license. Please contact us directly for a price quote.

Hi Mon,

We had actually discussed how we were using this with Mary. Was something changed on the AccuTrack side that is preventing the reports from working now?

Nothing changed. The Single Computer License has always been intended for one computer only as the name implies.
