Hi all,
AccuLite is working great for our math labs. However, the decision was made to close our college on Fridays during the summer semester. Some staff and faculty are requesting to access the reports from home so that they will be ready to meet with students on Monday.
We can put the data on a server, map a drive to it, and redirect the database in AccuLite to the new location. This works great on campus. However, I'm still puzzled about accessing the data from off campus. Apparently, you cannot direct the path to the data to a web address, only a network address.
I found a free program called NetDrive that allows you to map a drive letter to an FTP connection, and this works, but I'm worried about the security of the data.
I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions on making this work.

While we don't know much about NetDrive, one possible solution for you is to switch to Accudemia. This is a web-based system that can be accessed from anywhere. In addition to visits tracking, Accudemia also offers appointment scheduling, surveys, session notes, messaging, and a Referral and Early alert system.
