It would be very helpful if there were a tag that we could include in the chevrons when configuring the email confirmations so that it would show what room the tutoring appointment was assigned to.

For instance, Villa Julie has 2 different campuses that we will be scheduling appointments for. If a student comes in to make an appointment and we assign them to the Greenspring campus, the tutor is notified of the appointment by the email confirmation.

The email confirmation does not tell the tutor where the appointment is, which causes more confusion than necessary for the tutor to find out where their appointment is scheduled for.

You request is in the list of TO DO. I can't promise though if it could make into 8.02 maintanence upgrade which is expected to release next week. If time allows you'd have it :)
