We use accutrack to make tutoring appointments. Students and tutors do not come to a center to check in.

I would like to talk to users who use Accutrack in a similar way without a central location like a learning center where students come to sign up and to check in for appointments.

You wanted to talk to users and I'm a developer. I can see how you can do it (only losing ability to see show-up info and things like that).
