I noticed under reports that there is a filter for Tutor Groups.  This seems potentially helpful but I cannot find anywhere to define the groups.  Am I missing something obvious?

You can create Tutor Groups via Setup -> Tutor Setup -> Groups screen.  Make sure to use "Expanded View" to see all options.
