Apologies, I followed this topic for some time and never saw the response.
We have one machine that AccuSQL crashes on when the student swipes their ID card through the barcode.
The code is the same as their sign in ID
The reader does read the data; but, causes AccuSQL to crash.
The students can sign in manually without issue.

Sorry but we only support ID Card Readers that are ordered from us. As a result, we cannot assist in troubeshooting this issue.
