Hi Neal, Have you resolved the issue yet? If not, please email us at support@accutrack.org so we can setup a meeting to take a look at it. It could be several things (permissions, the exe version, the database version, improper install, etc) and it would be easier for me to troubleshoot it in a gotomeeting session.
Is this for AccuTrack 2014?
