Hello,
We received 3 emails with 8 MB attachment each. Which one is the database we need to check?

Each file should be the same AccuDBSAT.zip file.  We had a problem with campus email yesterday, so it was sent multiple times unfortunately.  Thanks

We received some data files before we went out on the Thanksgiving holiday. However, these do not seem to be the correct files as they are AccuTrack version 8 data files!

Maybe we don't need the files at all.

Go to System Administration, switch to expanded view. Select Setup\Center Setup\Local lab ID.

If current setting is something other than DEFAULT then try setting it to DEFAULT and check logs again. Those logs filter on local ID if set to something other than DEFAULT.
