hi, i am the only administrator on our Accutrack 9 software and i have forgotten my password to get in to administrator systems to pull reports... how do i get in to adminiistrator systems without a password in order to change my password?

Hi,
You need a valid account-password combination to access the system. If you forgot yours and you have another administrator using the system, this administrator can reset your password.
If you are the only administrator and you forgot your password, then you are locked out of the system. Regaining access is possible with the assistance of the AccuTrack suppot staff. Since we no longer support version 9, we recommend upgrading to the latest version. If that's not possible, then you can buy per-incident support for assistance in this particular issue:
