Hello!
Is there an way that Accutrack 8 can generate a report of usage per students in various academic years (i.e. freshman, sophmore, junior, senior)?
Thanks so much for any feedback!

Yes. You can enter the academic classification (freshman, sophomore, etc) as a profile question. You can then generate a profile report to show the attendance per profile.
Later versions of the software also allow sophisticated queries that you can do on the profile information.

Thanks, Mon! Does this profile need to be created prior to the start of the semester? I intended to pull generate the report now at the end of the semester.
Also, can Accutrack 8 track student usage by the hour of the day?
Thanks again for your prompt response!

You can add the profile information any time you like. But it needs to be there for the report to generate.
There is a usage-by-day report available via the traffic analysis module (Visits Charts). In version 10 the Visits Chart report is listed as one of the reports in the Reports list. In version 8 it's different and it might be a separate button.
