Activity Data for Tutors

When i attempt to access the appointment wizard, i get an
error that States "There is no activity data for defines tutors".
I've bound activities to every tutor, as far as i know. Any
input would be very helpful, I'm a newer user of the software.

Jason,

This means the software couldn't find open slots to display. Maybe tutors don't have a schedule yet? Or maybe semester not setup yet (dates and associated activities/courses)?

mon,

I'm unsure where the issue lies, i have a tutor set up with all available hours scheduled to him.
(which went through without issue) I have every activity attributed to him, as well, so that
i can block off meeting/seminar time for any staff and have it be identified. The current semester
also appears to have been assigned to the tutor when it was created.

Jason,

Before we go any further, make sure you are running the latest version of the software, otherwise we might be troubleshooting something that was already solved! Here is how to get the latest version:

Make sure not to skip the above step as it's very important. If you are running the latest release, then here are some other things to check:

1) The Active check box for that activity is checked. Inactive items will not appear in the appointment screens.
2) The "Appts" check box for that activity is checked. Clearing this box marks the item as non-appointment item (e.g. self-study).
3) There is at least one staff member / tutor assigned to this activity. There is no point of showing items if there is no staff member assigned to them for appointments.
4) At least one of the assigned staff member / tutor has work hours during the semester and the assigned staff member is active.

Also note that if a cateory does not have activities that can be displayed in the appointments screen, the category will not be shown in the appointments screen either.
