Hello,

I cant find a place in Accuclass to mark an attendee excused for a period of time ahead of the absence.  For example, we may have an attendee travelling out of town for 2 weeks and would like to mark the attendance sheet as excused ahead of time for that time span.  Is there a way to do this or would this be a feature request?

Thank you,

Greg Holl

Hi Greg,

Yes, you can do it in AccuClass.  Just use the "Roll Call" screen and select a date in the future. For example, instead of 11/5/2014 (today), select 11/12/2014 (that's next Wednesday) and mark the student as Excused.

You cannot mark a student as Excused "for the next 2 week" in just one step though, you have to do it day by day.  If you think it would be useful to be able to do it all at once, please feel free to write a suggestion in our feedback forum: http://accuclass.uservoice.com

Thanks!
