We are trying to run a report and Accutrack came back with an error.
"File Access is denied. Another user is using the data. Try again later."
Nobody else is using the software. I don't know what is wrong.
Also. We are logged in as administrators.

What version are you using? Perhaps the record was locked or remains in use from a previous session that did not end properly. I assume you have exited and re-entered to program. Also, have you run a data repair?
