Hello,
I ran into the following error today: " Error OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from Provider: Out of present range..."
This error occureed while a student tried to log-in. If we clicked on Cancel it would exit Accutrack; if we clicked on Ignore it would sign out student as if they had signed in. What does this error mean and how can we fix the issue so that the student will be able to sign in normally.

Any assistance would be very helpful.

Thanks,

This is an old version, we are now on Version 11.0.6 which I believe fixed the issue.

Login to AccuTrack as an admin, then click on Expanded View in bottom left. Now go to Help Center >> Updates >> Download Updates. This will save the new updated files to your shared data path folder in a folder called Updates. If you do not know where your shared Data Path is, go to Database >> Database Location and you will see it, After the download is done, a manual update is often easier for various reasons.

To do that, log out of AccuTrack then open up Windows Task Manager. In the processes tab, look for a process called accutr.exe and then select it and press the End Process button. Finally, go to the shared data path Updates folder and copy all of the files in there then back on your computer, copy and replace the files in your AccuTrack installation folder (typically C:\Program Files(x86)\Accu11) with the new ones you just copied from you shared data path Updates folder. You can now restart AccuTrack.
