After much internal debate, we have landed on the following scale for use in feedback surveys:
Very Satisfied
Satisfied
Somewhat Satisfied
Not Satisfied
Entering these into the scale definition field went smoothly and they all appear correctly there. However, in the actual survey, the final 'd' in 'Somewhat Satisfied' is cut off.
Is there some way I can make this appear correctly in the survey or do we need to change the scale?
Thanks,
Mike

The table allows a scale definition up to 20 characters long. "Somewhat Satisfied" is only 18 characters long, so it should be saved OK. If the last letter is getting chopped off, then it's probably a display issue (text is longer than displayed text available width).
We will look at this and will try to increaes the display width. In the mean while, you can use "SomewhatSatisfied" "Sort of Satisfied"

It has been verified that this is the display issue. We will fix that in the next maintanence update. For now, please use Mon's suggestion in the above reponse.
Thank you.
Thank you.
