Hi,
One of the administrators to AccuTrack started the repair process around 11 last night. It started out okay and then hung. The repair folder and backup folder were created and it's stuck at "Starting basic repair process...". Can we just kill the process from Windows Task Manager? People are using AccuTrack. (I didn't get notified about this until 1 pm today; people have been using AccuTrack since 8 am). Any other thoughts on why this occurred? She does have rights and space on all the drives to do this and has done this many times before.

I don't know why it hung. The process should only last a few minutes. If it freezes, then the only thing you can do is kill the process. After that, check to make sure that all your files are still there. If not, then you can copy them back from the repair backup folder. The first thing AccuTrack does once you run repair is to create a backup into that folder.
If repair is not running on the server for some reason, you can always run it locally. For the details see the troubleshooting section here:
