With tutor schedules successfully showing up in both the Appointments "View/Cancel" and "Monthly Viewer," I cannot figure out why students do not see them online with WebLink.
In WebLink, students CAN:
Select what they want to do (i.e. "Schedule an Appointment," "View/Cancel an upcoming Appointment")
Select the DAY of the appointment
Select the CLASS for which they are making the appointment
Select the TUTOR they want to meet with (if they so desire)
In WebLink, students CANNOT:
See the tutor schedules AT ALL (after clicking "next" after selecting the above info, the next page is blank with the heading, "Tutor Availability" at the very top and the Class below"
Make an appointment
PLEASE HELP!
I'm trying to have this available Monday, 8/30!
Thanks--Keri

Check accuweb.ini file which is located in the same folder as accuweb.exe.
Open this file with a text editor like Notepad and locate the line that starts with:
TempFilePath=
It might look like this:/
TempFilePath=C:\temp\wc
Whatever the path is on the right, that folder needs to exist. If not, make sure to create this folder.
If it still doesn't work, then check the Windows account under which AccuWeb.exe is being launched and make sure this account has R/W rights for that temp folder (you might edit the path to your taste).
After creating the folder be sure accuweb.exe restarts (using task manager check processes for accuweb.exe and if running kill it. The service will automatically launch on first http request.
