Just wondering why the RollCaller card swiper will not hold the date? Any time you turn it off you have to re-configure the swiper.

Any suggestions?

This happens when the CMOS battery is running low. The battery is supposed to last up to 5 years, but sometimes we get a bad battery that does not last that long.

All RollCaller devices come with a one-year warranty. If you are still within your warranty period, send it back for service and it will be fixed or replaced at no charge. Ship the device using a secure shipper like FedEx or UPS, and make sure to wrap the device with bubble wrap to protect it during shipment. The shipping address is:

Attn: RollCaller
Engineerica Systems, Inc.
2431 Aloma Ave., Suite 117
Winter Park, FL 32792.

Make sure to include a note specifying the problem and your return address.
