Just wondering why the RollCaller card swiper will not hold the date? Any time you turn it off you have to re-configure the swiper.
Any suggestions?

This happens when the CMOS battery is running low. The battery is supposed to last up to 5 years, but sometimes we get a bad battery that does not last that long.
