There are a few things you can try:
1) The "Tutor Payroll" report shows the totals for the selected time period.
2) Export the data of the "Tutor Work Hours" report. This export was designed to be used for payroll purposes. Click on "Export Data" and then select "Excel Direct". AccuTrack will open an Excel workbook with a few sheets. Check the different sheets for the type information you need. Of course once in Excel, you can do your own sorting, grouping, and calculations using Excel commands.
3) Export the data of the "Tutor Payroll Detail" report to Excel or other applications and process it using the other application.
4) Customize the current "Tutor Payroll Detail" report to add grouping on log-in date and total the numbers. See this web page for report customization examples: http://www.accutrack...rt/cust_rep.htm
