Hi,

I am attempting to set up a new area on campus with AccuTrack. I have a tutor set up. I have a semester set up that includes today. I have one Category that is marked Active and that Category has 2 Activities that are Active. The tutor is assigned to those activities. The message above is what I get when I sign as the tutor. If i sign in as a student, I can see the Category & Activities. The tutor is scheduled to work 7 days a week 7 am - 10:30 pm. The activities show up here as well.I cannot figure out what I am missing. Please set me straight. :)

Thanks,

laura

Hi,

Tutors sign in to their own 'tasks' and not to student activities.  For example, tutors could sign in to things like:

   Front desk work.

   Meeting.

   Group tutoring

   etc.

You need to set these up in the Tutor Setup -> Tasks screen.  As an alternative, you can set up the system to simply record the tutor's sign in and sign out times and not ask about the tasks.

Thanks Mon. I guess I never set that part up before. It's working now.
