How to fix Error #1925 (From deleting all the local labs)

Recently we noticed folks using the older versions of AccuTrack having this Error #1925 pop-up.

This error can occur when they deleted all the Local Labs in the database and try to set themselves to the Default (All) Local lab.

So we have devised a temporary work-around in the meantime before we release a bug fix for it.  Simply follow these steps to resolve:

  1. Right-Click the AccuTrack 12 icon and choose "Open file Location."

  2. Next typically this opens C:/Program Files (x86)/Accu12/" or wherever AccuTrack 12 is installed.  Now run the setdatapath.exe tool.

  3. In this setdatapath.exe tool click the "Show Path in Explorer" button at the top of of the screen.

  4. Now delete the "dbid.dbf" file in that file location.

  5. Once it is deleted simply double-click the AccuTrack icon on your desktop and the issue should be resolved.

Note: you do not need to set your Local Lab to default because there are no Local Labs in the database which is what caused this issue in the first place.  If you want to go a step further to prevent this from happening again simply create a Local Lab from the System Administration screen under System > Local Labs named "DONT USE".  That way the other System Admins will not accidentally use the Local Labs or set the Local Lab.
