Can the front page of Accutrack be changed?  The entire page is set up for appointment sign in and students that come in to schedule an appointment inadvertantly sign in due to the fact that the appointment scheduler is a small box on the lower left side.  I'd like to set it up so that all three boxes have equal prominence on the front page.  three boxes 1- "Sign in for your scheduled appointment" 2- Schedule an appointment 3 - Send a Message to your financial aid advisor (although, this third box is superfluous since students can send a message from anywhere on our website.)
Is this possible?

Those buttons are set to either show or not and cannot be changed.

Do you only do appointments? If so, you could go into Setup --> Options and select "Only allow appointment sign ins (no walkins). That would eliminate them from accidently signing in from instead of making an appt.

For AccuTrack 11, we added a feature that allows you to disable the sign-in feature on an AccuTrack computer. When you turn this on, the ID-entry box will disappear. You will be free to show or hide any other button on that screen like the appointment or messaging buttons.
