AccuTrack Training FAQ
(1) How much AccuTrack training time will we get?
You are guaranteed to have at least the same number of training hours you would get when you attend the Orlando training class (9 hours). The training will be divided into segments with the topic of each segment announced in advance. This way you can focus on the segments that are important to you and your center.
(2) Is this hands-on training?
Yes. You will need to bring a laptop with you to complete the hands-on exercises. The training will take place in the ship's conference room. This is a nice conference room with an LCD projector and a screen. Click here to see a photo of the conference room. Of course the room also has a nice view of the ocean!
(3) Who will do the training? The training will be conducted by the same team that does the Orlando training class.
(4) Would this be AccuTrack 9 or AccuTrack 8 training?
The concepts explained during the training sessions are applicable to both AccuTrack 8 and 9. During the training session we will highlight AccuTrack 9 specific features. This would help AccuTrack 9 users learn about the new features in AccuTrack 9 and will help AccuTrack 8 users decide whether they want to upgrade to version 9.
(5) What bonuses would I get with the training session? You will get a complementary copy of the AccuTrack training CD (regular fee $295), and a training completion certificate. You will also get an electronic copy of the training manual (e-mailed before the training session).

Yes you can bring as many people as you like! The 'companion fare' section explains the fees for additional people.

4. What do I need to do to guarantee my registration?
Simply follow these steps:
- Contact us as soon as possible * with the names of people attending (including any companions). We will put the names on the reservation list.
- Pay a $100 per person deposit 90 days in advance. The deposit is required by the cruise ship to reserve your cabin.
- Pay the balance of the registration fee 60 days in advance. Payments after this date will only be accepted if there is still room on the training cruise, and it will incur a late registration fee.
* NOTE: We have a limited number of cabins reserved. These cabins will be distributed on first come, first served basis. To guarantee a spot on the training cruise, we recommend that you register and pay your deposit ASAP.
