We also made arrangements to accommodate your companions for a low fee, so feel free to bring your family or friends with you on this cruise. Seats are limited and the special cruise fee below is only available with advanced reservations. If you are interested, make sure to contact us ASAP. We are looking forward to seeing you onboard!

Note: The 2008 AccuTrack training cruise is tentatively scheduled for October 10 - 13, 2008.

Our first AccuTrack Bahamas Training Cruise in 2006. This cruise was so successful that we decided to offer this training cruise every year! Attendees told us they were able to learn a lot about AccuTrack and at the same time have a lot of fun aboard the cruise ship. Fees

The followings were the 2007 cruise fees. The 2008 fees should be similar. The 2007 fees are for an Ocean view Stateroom on Deck 6. Here are the fees:

  • Double Occupancy: $795 per person. Includes AccuTrack Training, cruise ship accommodations, all meals on board, port charges and taxes!
  • Single Occupancy: $995 per person. Includes AccuTrack Training, cruise ship accommodations, all meals on board, port charges and taxes.

Now compare this with regular AccuTrack class training fees for an average attendee:

  1. Training Class Fee: $540 per person with early-bird discount, $640 regular registration fee.
  2. Hotel for 3 nights: $100 or more per night, for a total of $300 or more.
  3. Food for 3 days: About $50 per day, or $150 total.
  4. Transportation between your hotel and AccuTrack site: $40 or more.
Total for regular AccuTrack training class: $ 1,030 or more.
Total for AccuTrack training class and cruise: $995 if single occupancy, or $795 for double occupancy!

Note: You would also need to factor in the cost of your travel from your home town to Port Canaveral, FL. Since you would usually travel to Port Canaveral via Orlando, this cost would be close to the cost of traveling to Orlando for the regular training session.

Companion Fares: (Does not include AccuTrack Training)

You can also bring a friend or family members with you for a reduced fee. The followings were the 2007 cruise fees. The 2008 fees should be similar.

  • Double Occupancy: $375 per person. includes Accommodations, all meals, port charges and taxes
  • Single Occupancy: $590 per person includes Accommodations, all meals, port charges and taxes

Here is an example:

Let's say you want to attend the training and bring your spouse with you. This qualifies you for the double occupancy rate, so the fees would be $795 for you (which includes AccuTrack training) + $375 for your spouse = $1,170. To simplify your accounting you can pay these separately: $795 with college credit card or Purchase Order and $375 with your personal check or credit card.
