2012 Cruise Information
Departure Port : Port Canaveral , Florida
Ports of Call: Port Canaveral, Florida; Nassau, Bahamas; Cococay, Bahamas; Port Canaveral, Florida
Travel Dates: Sep 28, 2012 to Oct 1, 2012. Ship departs 4:30 PM on Sep 28 and returns 7:00 AM on Oct 11.
Orlando International airport (MCO) is located approximately 45 minutes west of Port Canaveral. Experts recommend that if you are booking your flights to your cruise to Port Canaveral, that you consider arriving a day or two earlier so that you can take advantage of the local attractions as well as avoiding potential flight delays, baggage collection and transfer problems that could occur.
If you arriving the same day as your cruise departs, you should schedule your flights to arrive at the airport no later 1:00 pm on the day of the departure. If this is not possible, then come in a day prior.
For return flights, do not schedule any flights departing earlier than 1:00 PM from Orlando International Airport. This will allow you time to disembark from the ship, get to the airport, and check in for your flight.
Note: On the morning of the departure, you can usually board the ship early (sometimes as early as 11 AM). Your room will not be ready if you board early, but you will be able to explore the ship and enjoy the restaurants.
Stateroom Category: Superior Ocean View Stateroom
Fees:
For a single cabin with double occupancy, the fee is $879 per trainee. This fee includes cruise ship accommodations, all meals on board, port charges, taxes and trip insurance.
In addition to the above, there is a fee of $38/person for gratuities. You will pay this yourself either when you register online with the cruise company or in person during the cruise.

Fee Comparison
Compare the cruise fees with regular AccuTrack class training fees for an average attendee:
- Training Class Fee: $540 per person with early-bird discount, $640 regular registration fee.
- Hotel for 3 nights: $100 or more per night, for a total of $300 or more.
- Food for 3 days: About $50 per day, or $150 total.
- Transportation between your hotel and AccuTrack site: $40 or more.
Total for regular AccuTrack training class: $ 1,030 or more.
Total for AccuTrack training class and cruise: $879 for double occupancy!
Note: You would also need to factor in the cost of your travel from your home town to Port Canaveral, FL. Since you would usually travel to Port Canaveral via Orlando, this cost would be close to the cost of traveling to Orlando for the regular training session.

Companion Fares: (Does not include AccuTrack Training)
You can also bring a friend or family members with you for a reduced fee. The followings were the 2007 cruise fees. The 2008 fees should be similar.
- Double Occupancy: $450 per person. includes Accommodations, all meals, port charges, taxes, and trip insurance.
Fees Example:
Let's say you want to attend the training and bring your spouse with you. This qualifies you for the double occupancy rate, so the fees would be $879 for you (which includes AccuTrack training) + $450 for your spouse. To simplify your accounting you can pay these separately: $879 with college credit card or Purchase Order and $450 with your personal check or credit card.
