Mon Nasser
Mon is the President of Engineerica Systems, Inc. He founded Engineerica with 3 other engineers in 1994. Mon received his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida in 1993, followed by an MS in Engineering Management, also from UCF, in 1996. Before joining Engineerica, Mon worked for three years as a multimedia programmer. He has also worked on a leading edge Interactive Television system developed with IBM software and proprietary hardware and as an embedded systems consultant in the South Florida area. In 1997 Mon switched to work full-time at Engineerica and helped develop the AccuTrack software.

Çetin Basöz

Çetin is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP*). Çetin earned his MVP status through his active involvement in software development community, where he has posted close to 17,000 messages since May of 97. What's unique about Çetin's posts is that he answers most questions with programming code instead of words since for him, code comes more naturally to him than words.

Çetin's is AccuTrack's lead developer. His amazing skill is behind the power, flexibility, and unparalleled functionality of AccuTrack. Çetin also provides high level support to AccuTrack users.

Though Çetin is well known for his programming skills, very few people know that he is also a licensed Medical Doctor. After practicing medicine for about ten years, Çetin switched careers to his true passion - programming.

Mary Oberhelman

Mary has many years of inside technical hardware and software sales experience. She describes herself as “an ethical sales rep who looks to find solutions for my clients and to help them make informed decisions that are in their best interest." She adds "I succeed in gaining repeat business from my client base by finding out what their real needs are and making sure I fulfill those needs in the best possible way.” On a personal note, she is the spark that keeps the office fun and also highly productive.

Before joining our team, Mary worked in several sales jobs. The most recent one was at a medical systems company where she was a sales manager for 7 years, selling medical practice management software and hardware.

Mary is a concert violinist who plays for the Maitland Symphony Orchestra and also loves to roller skate.

Elvin Matthews

Elvin has over twenty years of experience in time and attendance, medical, health, and the telecom industries. He worked with companies like Time Warner Communications, Sprint, Wendt-Bristol, 3M Business Sounds Products, and others.

People who know Elvin will tell you that he is highly professional, very helpful, and works hard to ensure client’s satisfaction.

Elvin has a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Auburn University. His interests include adventure travel, cycling, music, and art.

David Foster

David has over 14 years of experience in many areas of IT, including Web and enteprise-systems development, working for Lockheed Martin Corporation, Orange County Government, Data Code Inc., Gencor Industries, and others.

We added David to our team in early 2008 as part of our continuous effort to improve our products and services. Having another full-time professional at AccuTrack greatly enhances our service and support efforts.

David has a B.A. from the University of Florida and has satisfied his M.A requirements from the University of Central Florida. His interests include guitar and all forms of music and he is an avid reader.

Cesar Penafiel
People who have worked with Cesar are instantly impressed with his professional capabilities and technical skills. Cesar has a BSc degree in Computer Engineering and has been working in the computer field for over ten years. His experience includes database programming, embedded systems, and web programming. He developed applications on a variety operating platforms including DOS, OS/2, Windows, and Linux. Cesar worked directly for Engineerica since 1994 and consults for other companies as well.

Eric Kleeman
Eric has been a database developer and consultant for a few years now. After working for Hewlett-Packard Co., Eric took a voluntary severance incentive and moved to an island off the coast of southern Thailand called Koh Samui. There he worked as a programmer for a resort and enjoyed working "under a coconut tree". After a few years in Koh Samui, Eric returned to his native United States where he works as a software developer.

Ed Tiger
Ed's creative talents produced the attractive graphics used in AccuTrack and other Engineerica applications. Ed is a professional graphics artist who's been in the business for about ten years. In addition to creating logos and backgrounds, Ed also creates animation, web art, and even cartoons. His experience include a multitude of commercial and governmental projects.
