AccuTrack Version 11

We are pleased to announce the release of AccuTrack version 11. This software is the product of more than a year of development work. Numerous improvements were added with most of the features coming as a direct request from current AccuTrack users. Some of the improvements you will see in version 11 include:

  • Automatic Report Generation: You can now have AccuTrack automatically generate and email reports at a specific time. This is handy for automating periodic reporting such as a Weekly Visits report to an ESL teacher or to coach, daily appointments to advisor, etc.
  • Custom Queries: With version 11 you can create your own custom data queries and build your own reports. You can select fields from different tables (e.g. student information, appointment information, etc) and combine them to create your own queries. You can take the results of the query and put it in either a new report (which you can customize) or send it out to Excel, XML, or other formats.
  • SMS Notifications: Now you can send your appointment confirmations and reminders via cell phone messaging or SMS (Short Message Service).
  • Information Station: You can designate one or more of your computers as an“Information Station”. Students and staff would not be able to sign in on this station, but they could do all the other things you allow them to do in the Student Pad and the Tutor Pad. For example, they can generate their own attendance reports, schedule appointments, sign up for seminars, etc.
  • Staff Photos: Added the ability to upload tutor or advisors photos and show these on the Who’s In screen, Appointment scheduler, and other places where it would be helpful for user to see a photo of the staff member.
  • Mail Merge Letters: Added a new “Mail Merge” capability in AccuTrack. This allows the admin to create a form letter and customize each one with selected students information (e.g. first name, address, etc).
  • Report Access: Added control over individual reports’ access. You can now decide which reports each person can view. Useful for only showing certain reports to different users.
  • Quick Daily Appointment Viewer: Added a Quick Daily Viewer screen that shows staff’s appointments, open slots, and off-times for the selected day.
  • New Express Media Checkout form.
  • Ability to import Seminar data.
  • And many other enhancements.
